I'm confused (and know embarrassingly little about Canadian politics).
What are you getting at? (maybe I'm missing it because I'm Canadian?)
I see the name Harper and it means just one person to me, that's all.

I was just trying to find any evidence of Stephen Harper doing something for the environment...
